Some elements are strongly inspired by excellent previous design available at Rebrickable: If you are interested in such a project, do not hesitate to contact me to work on it. Maybe an improved version could be developed in the future both regarding the design of the MOC and the instruction manual. Regarding the part selection, most of the expensive part are used for final decoration touch and can be swap for others to cut down parts cost. Instruction manual are primary basic step by step guideline generated by studio, it give a good overview of the build but include large number of parts/step (50 parts sometimes) and can be messy sometime. After working one month on this project, I acknowledge it is not perfect but I think good enough to be published. Nevertheless, this model is mostly design for exposition and functionality could be improved in future versions. As the original design, the castle can be open and expanded to have a proper access to the interior. The original bedroom, reception room, kitchen, forest men hideout, weapons rooms and prison are completed with a treasure room, a throne room, the queen/king office, a royal bedroom, a blacksmith, an expanded stable, another kitchen, a well with washroom, a guard refectory and dining room, a cellar and storage, a laboratory and a homing pigeon aviary as well as 2 additional bedrooms. It features fully detailed Interior for most room. It counts around 13000 pieces and is 67 cm wide, 75 cm long and 56 cm tall. The general castle layout is inspired by the smart angle of the original design. This MOC is an extended version of the magnificent Lion Knights Castle (10305).
